Frank is the Founder and President of JFMA Consulting, bringing over 20 years of specialized experience within the energy industry, with a focus on B2B industrial equipment manufacturing and servicing. He possesses deep expertise in energy transition and decarbonization, as well as longstanding knowledge of critical industrial equipment, including turbines, compressors, pumps, filters, seals and valves.

Throughout his career, Frank has been passionate about using technology and data-driven insights to generate value and competitive advantages for industrial organizations. He is a trusted advisor to C-Suite executives and board of directors, offering strategic and operational guidance.       

Prior to JFMA Consulting, Frank was Divisional Vice President of New Energy Solutions at John Crane.  He held various senior leadership roles at John Crane and Smiths including Vice President of Filtration and Vice President of Strategy and M&A.

He also previously worked at Boston Consulting Group, where he advised C-suite clients in the energy and industrial sectors on a wide-array of strategic and operational topics.  He began his career at GE Energy as a turbine and combustion engineer from 2004 to 2008
